All the applications of the Central Balance Sheet Office have been completely rewritten. As of 4 April 2022, the filing of annual accounts and the preparation of annual accounts are only possible in the new integrated FILING CBSO application.

These annual accounts can only be consulted in the new CONSULT CBSO application.

Access to the new CONSULT CBSO application is via: https://consult.cbso.nbb.be/.

Annual accounts filed before 4 April 2022 can also be consulted via this new application.

This application contains:

1. information on legal persons;
2. information on the references of all published annual accounts;
3. annual accounts as PDF files;
   availability: all annual accounts published since 1999;
4. as XBRL files, standardised annual accounts filed in this form;
   availability: all annual accounts published in XBRL format since 2007;
5. as CSV files, standardised annual accounts filed in XBRL format;
   availability: all annual accounts published in XBRL from 04/04/2022.

Attention: it is possible that certain applications outside the NBB still refer to the old Consult application, as a result of which users do not see the annual accounts filed since 4 April 2022, even though these have actually been published.

In the external links in the CBE public search, the link to publications of the annual accounts in the Central balance Sheet Office from 6 May 2022 onwards also refers to the new Consult CBSO application.
