Nbb-cbso-23.0.1 is the final version of the XBRL taxonomy, in use by the Central Balance Sheet Office since 3 April 2023.
Nbb-cbso-25.0.1 is the draft version of the XBRL taxonomy, which will be used by the Central Balance Sheet Office from 6 January 2025.

Technical information and taxonomy
The National Bank of Belgium uses XBRL for the publication of annual accounts. In order to be able to work with XBRL, a taxonomy is required. The taxonomy describes the meaning of data. An XBRL taxonomy is thus a technical description that ensures everyone exchanges the same data in the same way.
