How to log in using eIDAS?

Connection via eIDAS

With eIDAS, users in the European Union can connect to each other's digital applications in different EU member states. To do this, eIDAS uses the authentication process of the member state of origin.

You need to follow the steps below to connect to OneGate with eIDAS:

1. Request a BIS number

To connect to OneGate using eIDAS, you need a BIS number.

Select the country corresponding to your identity by clicking on the flag:

You will go through the authentication procedure for your country of origin.
Connect to the online administration of your country of origin

If you are logging on for the first time with eIDAS, you will be redirected to the BIS number application form:

2. Appointing a Chief Access Manager

Once you have received your BIS number, you must appoint a main access manager using the exceptional procedure on the website: https://www.csam.be/en/management-access-managers.html

3. Assigning the OneGate Admin role

In order to access OneGate with CSAM you must first have the OneGate Admin role on the eGOV platform:

4. Logging on to OneGate to submit declarations

Once you have the OneGate Admin role, you can connect to OneGate https://onegate.nbb.be to submit your declarations:
