On 2 October 2018, the National Bank has published a new “Fit & Proper” circular and “Handbook” applicable to financial institutions under its supervision, replacing circular letter 2013_02 as from that day. In this respect, the underlying “Fit and Proper” forms have also been slightly adapted.
