Summary: steps to follow to connect via CSAM

To log in via the online identification and access management portal for Belgian government services CSAM, with an electronic identity card issued in Belgium (that of an administrator), priorly you must follow the steps below :

1. Assign a Chief Access Manager

You assign in CSAM a Chief Access Manager for your company number via Management of Access Managers - CSAM.be

2. Role assignment «Onegate Admin»

Your Chief Access Manager can now assign the role of «Onegate Admin» to himself by filling in his national number on https://iamapps.belgium.be/rma/

So at the end of this step you should find now the name of your Chief Access Manager next to the role «Onegate Admin».

3. Manage access to Onegate

Sign in to Onegate via https://onegate.nbb.be/my.policy by means of CSAM (eID or Itsme) or by means of a third-party electronic certificate.

You now should be able to assign access to yourself, a colleague or a third-party user.

  • Select «in the name of a company».
  • Select the domain(s) and appropriate report(s).
  • The option «invite users» lets you determine who will submit the reports:
    • a member of your company: you need his national number.
      In the second part of the screen you assign the domain(s) and appropriate report(s).
    • a third party declarer: select «third-party declarer».
      By checking off the corresponding box, you delegate the submission.
