Information for authorised persons

A limited number of individuals are permitted by law to consult the data contained in the ICR in their capacity as persons authorised to receive information (so-called “authorised persons”). This group mainly includes debt negotiators, lawyers and trustees.

Debt negotiators may be allowed to consult the ICR. This right of access applies when the debt negotiator is appointed by a labour court in the context of collective debt settlement proceedings.
